Ella Sawtell
Started October 2023: funded by AdvanCell Isotopes Ltd & University of Bath
Ella graduated from the University of Bristol with a 1st class BSc in Chemistry. She then completed an MSc in Biotechnology at the University of Bath. Her MSc project was carried out in the Lovell group, working towards the design of targeted covalent macrocycle libraries to be screened against the undruggable proteome.
Ella's PhD project is focused on developing peptide-based radiopharmaceuticals for targeted alpha therapy, using phage display screening approaches.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys running, swimming and reading.
